A modern, rustic, newly decorated 3 level home. Sleeping 12 comfortably, guests can experience fresh mountain air, gorgeous views, and wildlife right outside the front door. Enjoy pleasant conversation around the fireplace or sprawl out in the downstairs living room for a fun-filled game night. With deck space to grill out or soak in the hot tub there is something for everyone who calls Iron Horse home. The main level, featuring an open floor concept houses a fully stocked kitchen complete with all the amenities you’d expect in a home, a guest laundry room, and the main family room. It also conveniently provides a main floor bedroom and full bathroom. The cabin is equipped with a five-stage reverse osmosis drinking water filter as well as a water softener for guest comfort and convenience. Head to the open loft where another queen and full bed share the space overlooking the living spaces below. The remaining rooms, one queen bedroom and bunkroom with another queen and two twins are located downstairs. Both rooms share a full bathroom and have access through the walk-out basement. Each space welcomes guests to relax, unwind, and make lasting memories for years to come. Gilded Mountain recreational community offers quick access to the historic towns of Lead & Deadwood where you’re met with attractions the whole crew can enjoy. Activities include museums, great eats, gaming, cave and mining tours, and historic main street Deadwood. The cabin also provides quick access to Terry Peak Ski Resort, Atv/snowmobile trails, and the highly rated Mickelson trail. There is plenty of parking for both vehicles and trailers outside the home. House is beautiful with more than enough space for everyone in our group. They really think of everything with the “extras” like plenty of games, extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen and more. Hot tub was a hit after a long day on the trails. Hosts went above and beyond and were the most responsive I’ve ever dealt with. Only downside was access to snowmobile trails – which is why our group was there. Yes the trails are close in proximity but access was a lot of dry pavement.

Great cabin! Short drive to historic deadwood and terrys peak ski resort. They had a ton of board games my family enjoyed at the cabin! Overall would book again 10/10.
