Large enough for our group of 9 adults to have their own space, but with the comforts of home for shared meals and visiting. Property managers were also great! Will definitely be back!!!

Are stay was fabulous. The house was perfect for 6 guests as everyone had their own bed and bath. Beautiful view from the patio and even had wildlife in back yard. I would highly recommend this property

Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The property is close to the TAC event that we were in town for located at Terry Peak. Lead, Deadwood, good restaurants, and fun hiking trails were also within 30 minutes. During a few of the hotter days, we enjoyed the community pool too! Thank you to Ryan and Peyton for being responsive to getting us the pool key fab, the hot tub tech, and wasp spray. Very nice and hospital hosts!

We loved staying in your home. The view from the kitchen, living room and deck was awesome. We loved watching the sunrise and seeing deer in the early morning hours. The kitchen was fabulous — very well stocked with anything we needed to prepare meals. The island was perfect for preparing lunches to take with us. We also loved the extra seating at the island. The floor plan was perfect for our family of 12. The grandkids loved the game room loft and the bunk room. As we were backing out of the driveway, the 4 year old granddaughter said, “I’m gonna miss this house.” Peyton, thank you for helping with our booking and making sure that we had everything we needed before we arrived. Also, I appreciate your help with suggestions for grocery shopping so we could have the items we needed for family members with special dietary needs. Ryan, thank you for addressing the air conditioning thermostat problems so quickly, as well as the electrical problem in the kitchen. We loved your home. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation so wonderful. We would love to stay here again for any future travels to South Dakota.
