With sleeping arrangements for up to 22 guests a total of 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, two sets of washers and dryers, and two fireplaces, no expense is spared to ensure guests are provided with the highest quality accommodations the hills have to offer.  Located in Powder House Pass, a planned vacation community, complete with direct trailhead access to endless miles of groomed trails and right across the street from the club house which provides guests with a year-round heated pool, game room, fire tables, and gathering space you couldn’t ask for a better set up on your special getaway. The property provides plenty of parking for large trailers along with a heated 3 stall garage equipped with an EV charger for guests traveling on battery power. Guests are met with a grand entrance upon arrival with high cathedral ceiling, an open loft, floor to ceiling windows, and a two-story fireplace creating a welcoming atmosphere.  The kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with the latest appliances.  Plenty of counter space for large meal prep is easily accessible and guests can utilize the walk-in pantry, pot filler, and double oven making cooking for bigger groups a breeze for any occasion. Plenty of natural light fills the great room capturing the beauty of the surrounding hills, with direct access to the back porch guests can grill out or simply enjoy the outdoor seating while taking in the fresh mountain air. The main level of the lodge is equipped with two private king suites each with a walk-in shower and one of the suites gives guests direct access to the back porch. The large mudroom/laundry room is also located on the main floor with utility sink and clothes hooks to organize all your belongings.  Head upstairs to the loft where you can lounge and watch TV or head on back to the theatre room and enjoy your favorite movie with the whole family. The theatre is furnished with nine leather powered recliners, surround sound, and a wet bar with its own popcorn machine!  There are also two king bedrooms upstairs that have a set of twin XL bunk beds within, each room upstairs can sleep 4 guests comfortably for a total of 8 guests on this floor. There are also two full sized bathrooms on the upstairs level divided by a game and book closet for hours of family-filled fun. Access to the garage from the theatre room is also available providing guests with multiple access points throughout the lodge. The remaining three bedrooms can be found downstairs with two more private king bedrooms. One of which has a full bathroom ensuite and direct access to the back patio. The other king bedroom shares a full bathroom with the bunkroom which sleeps a total of 4 guests on its twin XL beds. More entertainment space is offered to guests with an additional wet bar, mini fridge, and living room. Access to the seven-person hot tub is found on the back porch with additional outdoor furniture. Guests can expect TVs in every room as well as high speed Wi-Fi, and two fire tables. A pack n play and portable highchair are also provided! Plenty of extra charging ports can be found throughout the home for guest convenience as well. A foosball table located downstairs, and corn hole boards located in the garage are available for guest use throughout your stay for friendly competitions among the whole group! We had a fantastic time and loved the house – it was perfect and we loved the fire pit table and the deck that was safe for the kids as well. Can not say enough about how awesome it was and the only down fall was that we were not all there for another week!! Thanks again you have been fantastic to work with!!

When on holidays you create great memories and Trax N Trail lodge was definitely one of them. We had a group of 17 adults over 4 days staying at the property and we had travelled a long way from Australia so we were looking for something special on this leg of the trip and we were not disappointed. The owners were a pleasure to deal with the facilities were above and beyond catering for all our needs. Ample space to relax and enjoy the picturesque environment including the deer roaming about. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to come back one day Thank you so much for creating this memory. Regards Troy and friends

Came to South Dakota for a week long atv trip and came across trax N trailz listing. This property doesn’t disappoint. When we first rolled in we knew we were at the perfect spot. The house is so perfectly laid out and designed. We were multiple couples and we all felt like we had our own space and weren’t crowded. The covered patio area was great for visiting in the evening. The living room and kitchen were spacious enough to prep meals and still visit. The theatre room was great for some quiet down time. The atv’s were able to be stored in the large 3 car garage which was perfect for our group. The hot tub, the cornhole games, the kitchen amenities all made it so inviting. Thank you for sharing with us and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Trax N Trailz house was amazing & CLEAN.  The homeowners and managers have covered all the bases.  The lay-out of the home is perfect for a large group & there are enough bathrooms to accommodate a large group as well (plus two laundry rooms).  We do not have small children, but if you’re thinking of renting it with small children, ask them before you pack all of your baby gear – I noticed a high chair, a wagon, pool toys (the heated pool is across the street), etc.  There is a theater room equipped with a popcorn machine & adorable popcorn buckets.  There is a huge (clean) hot tub and two fire pit tables with chairs.
The area is beautiful and convenient to town and Terry Peak.  Management was great (we forgot something that needed to be mailed!). 5 Stars – We left wondering if we should make an offer to buy it – and we are particular!  Thank you for sharing it! -
We had a wonderful time. Your place is beautiful, spacious and covered everyones needs. Thank you for allowing us a place to gather to spend time together and make memories. We loved that everything was there and we didnt have to worry about anything. The access getting in and out and to actually get there couldnt have been easier. Your attention to detail throughout the entire house was incredible.
