Located in Powder House Pass, a planned vacation community, complete with direct trailhead access to endless miles of groomed trails and right across the street from the club house which provides guests with a year-round heated pool, game room, fire tables, and gathering space you couldn’t ask for a better set up on your special getaway. The property provides plenty of parking for large trailers along with a heated 3 stall garage equipped with an EV charger for guests traveling on battery power. Guests are met with a grand entrance upon arrival with high cathedral ceiling, an open loft, floor to ceiling windows, and a two-story fireplace creating a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with the latest appliances. Plenty of counter space for large meal prep is easily accessible and guests can utilize the walk-in pantry, pot filler, and double oven making cooking for bigger groups a breeze for any occasion. Plenty of natural light fills the great room capturing the beauty of the surrounding hills, with direct access to the back porch guests can grill out or simply enjoy the outdoor seating while taking in the fresh mountain air. The main level of the lodge is equipped with two private king suites each with a walk-in shower and one of the suites gives guests direct access to the back porch. The large mudroom/laundry room is also located on the main floor with utility sink and clothes hooks to organize all your belongings. Head upstairs to the loft where you can lounge and watch TV or head on back to the theatre room and enjoy your favorite movie with the whole family. The theatre is furnished with nine leather powered recliners, surround sound, and a wet bar with its own popcorn machine! There are also two king bedrooms upstairs that have a set of twin XL bunk beds within, each room upstairs can sleep 4 guests comfortably for a total of 8 guests on this floor. There are also two full sized bathrooms on the upstairs level divided by a game and book closet for hours of family-filled fun. Access to the garage from the theatre room is also available providing guests with multiple access points throughout the lodge. The remaining three bedrooms can be found downstairs with two more private king bedrooms. One of which has a full bathroom ensuite and direct access to the back patio. The other king bedroom shares a full bathroom with the bunkroom which sleeps a total of 4 guests on its twin XL beds. More entertainment space is offered to guests with an additional wet bar, mini fridge, and living room. Access to the seven-person hot tub is found on the back porch with additional outdoor furniture. Guests can expect TVs in every room as well as high speed Wi-Fi, and two fire tables. A pack n play and portable highchair are also provided! Plenty of extra charging ports can be found throughout the home for guest convenience as well. A foosball table located downstairs, and corn hole boards located in the garage are available for guest use throughout your stay for friendly competitions among the whole group! We had a wonderful time. Your place is beautiful, spacious and covered everyones needs. Thank you for allowing us a place to gather to spend time together and make memories. We loved that everything was there and we didnt have to worry about anything. The access getting in and out and to actually get there couldnt have been easier. Your attention to detail throughout the entire house was incredible.

Bedrooms are big enough. Bathrooms are very nice. You’ll likely not use all the space unless you need division from different generations. If that’s the case there’s rooms for that. A big group of us have been going to terry peak every 2-3 years for over a decade now and these are the nicest cabins we have had. Short drive to the mountain or lead. We will most definitely be coming back. Property manager was great to deal with as well. A++

Absolutely stunning home in the beautiful Powder House Pass neighborhood. Beautiful, high end decor and appliances. Fully stocked with lots of extras so we never needed anything. We had a group of 10 people and had plenty of room to either spread out or be together. Very close to the front of the development, so easy to find and super convenient to the clubhouse/pool. Highly recommend!

We ABSOLUTELY adored this house!! From its gorgeous decor to its fabulous accommodations; literally any and every need was completely met. We had 14 family members staying there, and this home was so perfect. On a scale of 1 to 10-it deserves at least a 15! YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT! You are a class act! Thank you ever so much again!!
