The development features paved roads, direct trailhead access for Atv’s and snowmobiles, and a clubhouse complete with two pools, game room, fire tables, and indoor lounge area. Situated right outside the historic towns of Lead and Deadwood, Ace In The Hills is central to Mount Rushmore, numerous lakes, caves, mines, and much more the Black Hills have to offer. The home is designed with every guests’ comfort in mind. Each bedroom boasts of relaxation, complete with full bathrooms en suite, king beds, Tv’s capable of streaming your favorite shows and temperature-controlled fireplaces. With sleeping accommodations for 14, guests can enjoy their own spaces while under the same roof. Cook, host, and celebrate in our fully stocked kitchen making meal prep a breeze for whatever is on the menu. Step out back on the deck to grill or watch the embers glow on the large fire table overlooking the forest. High vaulted ceilings and large open floor plan ensure breathtaking views from every window of the property. Two king suites can be found on the main level while two more king suites can be found downstairs along with another king bedroom/ bunkroom. This house was perfect for our trip to SD to ride the trails on our UTVs. Plenty of seating to catch up with friends, we enjoyed both fire tables, the hot tub, and both seating areas inside. The kitchen is huge, plenty of dishes and cookware. The extra refrigerators were really nice too! And each bedroom had its own bath, very nice. I did contact the management twice, once to ask how to turn the fire tables on (you need a lighter!) and once to report the wifi was not working, which they said was a local outage. It wasn’t out very long. They were very responsive. We will rent this one again for sure!

Our group of 10 had an absolutely wonderful time at this Airbnb in Lead, South Dakota! The property exceeded all our expectations, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was perfect for preparing group meals, and the living areas were cozy for evening gatherings. The location was fantastic—close to local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. We enjoyed exploring the nearby trails and taking in the stunning scenery. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect group getaway!

The home exceeded our expectations. There were far too many amenities to mention. We especially liked that all of the rooms had king size beds, and their own bathrooms. Here are some of the amenities that we particularly enjoyed: Full size refrigerator upstairs and downstairs plus a beverage/wine fridge, hot tub with a plethora of oversized, plushy towels, awesome fire pit downstairs and upstairs, although we only use the one downstairs, LeCruset coffee cups, a full supply of board games when it rained one night, electric fireplaces in every bedroom, my daughter particularly enjoyed the bunkbeds, huge garage, awesome Clubhouse with a heated pool and games… just too many to mention. We won’t hesitate booking this exact home again next time we are in the hills. A+++++

Ace in The Hills was a beautiful house. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house was very luxurious and clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Black Hills with a large group.

Our stay @ Ace In The Hills was excellent. Four couples shared this 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home prior to Bike Week. The extra room came in handy for the snoring people. LOL The accommodations and amenities were top shelf. The layout made for a very comfortable family style living arena. The garage came in handy for our motorcycles too. Hot tub, firepits, grill, everything was awesome. When we had an issue with the hot tub, Ryan was on top of it and remedied the problem. Incidentally, the neighborhood was very nice and convenient. Not too close or too far from Deadwood and South Dakota attractions. Thank you for having us.
